Analysing Horror Film Social Media Pages - Conclusion

 

After my research on horror social media pages I have found these similarities across all social media pages for films from the genre: 

• Low-key lighting in the header, profile picture and posts 
• Bio uses language that make references to horror 
• Posts contains violence and the best clips from the film 
• Captions of posts contain violent language 

I will be creating an Instagram page for my film as this feels the most appropriate social media platform for my target audience.
